Rasam powder

My dearest friend called me last week from she lives in U.S. with her kids. She called me 3,4 times as usual i was not available. Then finally i decided  to make a move and call her. When i called her kids were making her go crazy, They were doing all sorts of mischiefs  as a little ones can do. we talked for a long time, though the littles disturbed us as  Both of us were talking after a long time, she was making the kids quit But we did't give up the call though.I think this is where kids  tested your patients.

Then I asked her what she cooked for the day and with the littles on the high I did't expect a great menu from her. she made simple Rasam and curry. Then i decided to take the recipe and today i made special rasam powder, It came out quit good,Once u make the Powder, Yes for once you have to spend 45 min to make the Rasam powder then it comes very handy if you are feeling like not cooking just make this Rasam and potato fry and throw some rice in Rice cooker your dinner is ready.
